About

We provide a friendly, safe and encouraging environment for anyone to achieve their personal goals. The gym is focused around Functional Movement based exercise as we believe being fit for life, not just for the mirror.

Community is important to us and we all grow together on our physical journey. Due to our emphasis on classes you will be working closely with our coaches to reach your goals. You will enjoy our creative and fun workouts in our spacious outdoor facility. Come down, enjoy training in the fresh air and all weathers. Hot or cold, wet or dry, we still train.

ONLINE

Following the rise in demand for online training during 2020 we decided to create ‘The Farm on Demand’. An online platform to match the face to face community we have built here at The Farm London. Offering our no nonsense programming at the click of a button. A simple, no bull**** approach to fitness that can be accessed and completed by anyone, anywhere.

CLASSES

A class programme structure that takes the thinking out of your training. We have designed a well rounded training plan that combines strength and conditioning. All you have to do is turn up and work hard! Our trainers will look after you, no matter what your fitness level or experience is. From beginners to veterans of training. Our classes cater for you.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Take your training to new heights with one of our expert personal trainers. Each one has a different speciality so that you can choose a training style that best suits your goals and individual needs. Book in sessions with a PT and watch your progress sky rocket.

Bespoke training and nutrition plans

A fantastic way to make progress, is with your own plan that fits around your current lifestyle. Any one of our trainers can write you a training plan to take your progress in the gym to new levels. TEAM TRAINING

Gain the competitive edge with training sessions bespoke to your team. Our trainers specialise in sports conditioning to get your team to the next level. Whether you need to gain fitness during pre-season or improve a specific skill set, we can deliver sessions for your team.

We offer a friendly environment to workout in. We strive to push everyone to their own limits so we can have a class of mixed abilities.
Our coaches work closely with participants in classes to help perfect movements and help cater for any injuries so no one gets left behind.

Farm Elite – Farm Elite, our flagship training method, incorporates a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight movements, cardio equipment, and hard work! Each class presents a brand-new workout with fresh challenges. All you need to do is stay consistent and commit to hard work; we’ll take care of the rest. We look forward to seeing you in class!

 

Farm Strong (Squats) – focuses on the lower body! We offer a progressive program designed to increase strength and hypertrophy. We split the session into two blocks. In the first block, we address strength, often focusing on either front or back squats. Throughout the year, we aim for different rep maxes, allowing our Farmers to track their progression. The second block of our accessory section focuses on building muscle endurance and hypertrophy, which should leave you feeling challenged. We’re proud to mention that over the years, we’ve seen many personal bests, but more importantly, we’ve improved the way people move both in the gym and in real life! So, make sure to book onto Monday’s classes and remember, strength is never a weakness!

 

Farm Strong (Deadlifts) – is a fan favorite. Is there anything better than hitting a heavy deadlift?
The main focus of these sessions is on building up strength in the deadlift. Throughout the year, we aim for different rep maxes so that Farmers can witness their strength increasing in each block.
The accessory section of this session concentrates on targeting the accessory muscles involved in the deadlift, emphasizing a lot of core work as well as the posterior chain. This session not only enhances strength but also leaves you feeling robust and capable of handling anything life throws at you!
Make sure to join us on Friday and practice defying gravity!

 

Farm Strong (Upper) – focuses on all the muscles in the upper part of our bodies. During these sessions, we concentrate on building strength in either the strict or push press. Throughout the year, we aim to achieve various rep maxes, allowing farmers to witness strength progressions in both areas.
During the accessory blocks on Wednesdays, we introduce gymnastic progressions. No, we’re not talking about doing flips, but rather focusing on pull-ups and push-ups. We take pride in offering scaling options suitable for individuals of all abilities, ensuring everyone can progress in these skills. Additionally, we incorporate more traditional bodybuilding exercises that build strength and muscle in the upper body.
We’re proud to highlight that many individuals who never imagined hanging from a bar, let alone doing a pull-up, have accomplished these feats. Don’t miss out on Wednesday’s classes and elevate your upper body training.
